    It can be argued the main goal of Kaizen is to improve processes around the facility thus improving the productivity of the facility as a whole.  Many tools Kaizen uses like 5S and Gemba walks to directly promote productivity. When the workplace is well organized and employees have their voices being heard, it will make processes run smoother, speed up the entire manufacturing process, and ultimately affect the bottom line.
